Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EuphTech's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

EuphTech provides custom software development services including web applications, mobile applications, and digital solutions. Our services are provided on a project basis according to agreed specifications and timelines.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, projects require an upfront payment with remaining balance due upon completion. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed software. However, EuphTech retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and reusable components developed during the project.

Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates based on project scope and complexity. Delays may occur due to scope changes, client feedback cycles, or unforeseen technical challenges. We commit to transparent communication throughout the development process.

Limitation of Liability

EuphTech's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or software.

Support and Maintenance

Support periods are specified in individual project agreements. Post-launch support typically includes bug fixes and minor updates. Major feature additions are subject to separate agreements.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Termination terms, including payment for work completed, are specified in individual project agreements.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.
